Worship Arts Pastor
Reports to: Senior Pastor

Resurrection Fellowship, a charismatic church, with a rich history of praise and worship and solid biblical teaching, is searching for a Worship Pastor, effective immediately. The culture of the church is revival-minded and seeks a worship pastor that can lead people into an atmosphere where the presence of God is welcomed and desired.

Resurrection Fellowship is non-denominational and has a weekly attendance of approximately 3000. Located approximately 50 miles north of Denver, Loveland is part of Colorado’s Front Range corridor.

The candidate would be responsible for overseeing the Worship Arts Department. This would include supervising paid staff and volunteers, leading rehearsals, working on special projects such as seasonal productions and outside events. This position would also include pastoral duties shared with the rest of the pastoral team. The candidate must be experienced, have a passionate love for the Lord, and have an anointing to enter the Lord’s presence with praise and worship. Instrumental skills on guitar or keys are a must. This individual will lead four services per weekend. Currently the service schedule is Saturday nights at 4 and 6 p.m. and Sunday at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m.
