The Worship Arts Ministry is made up of musicians, dancers, and signers - people who use their gifts to give honor and glory to God. Resurrection Fellowship places high value on praise and worship and desires to bring people into the presence of God at weekly services, special events, and every time believers gather together. We desire to blend worship with excellent musicianship.

Upcoming Guest Worship Leaders

As many of you know, my precious baby will be here within the month!  I have such anticipation and joy knowing I’ll soon get to meet my little girl.  I’m now not only preparing for her arrival by purchasing diapers and washing her soon to be worn clothes, I’m making sure all my ducks are in a row, work wise,  for the time I’ll be away on maternity leave.  Part of the process in preparing for my time away has been scheduling guest worship leaders.  I will miss being at church but I’m excited for what God is going to do while I’m away. We will be having some amazing guests joining the weekend services at Rez in the near future.

Our first guest will be Suzy Yaraei and her team on August 5th for a night of training with the worship arts department and then for the weekend services as guest worship leader August 6 & 7.  Suzy co-led the Worship Department of MorningStar Ministires in North Carolina for 10 years.  Prior to joinging that, she sang professionally with Reba McEntire, Wynonna Judd, and several other successful recording artists.  He CDs, Simple, Shining, Spin, and Praise Is Beautiful, are powerful tools for worshippers.  Suzy’s greatest desire  in ministry is to help free people to worship God with abandon and discover who they are in Christ.

In worship schools and conferences worldwide, she releases and encourages  musicians, worship leaders, and all worshipers in the body of Christ to a higher and deeper level of heavenly spontaneous and prophetci song, sound and movement.  It’s going to be a wonderful weekend with Suzy!

Our next guest will be Kelanie Gloeckler for the weekend services of August 27 & 28.  Kelanie  is a prophetic worship leader and songwriter based out of Jacksonville, FL. She is currently on staff at the Jacksonville International House of Prayer (IHOP-Jax) and at New Life Christian Fellowship Church. With guitar in hand and eyes wide open, her passion and energy beckons everyone in the room to press in for a deeper encounter with Jesus.  Kelanie seeks to help the Body of Christ engage in a great heart exchange with the Lord, encouraging worshippers to not only pour out their hearts to Him, but also to find out what is on His heart. The result is an explosive, corporate release of worship and intercession.

On September 3 & 4 we’ll be welcoming back guest worship leader Steve Swanson!  Steve led worship here at Rez during the Global Awakening Conference in 2010.  In humility, in reverence, Steve and his wife Lisa, serve an awesome God.  Their desire is to empower and train worshipers to live in the intimate embrace of our heavenly Bridegroom.  Their calling, through Jesus, is to release His “friends,” His “beloved,” to discover their gifts, in worship, for the advancing of the Kingdom of God, and the preparation of the bride of Christ.

On September 10 & 11 we are excited to have Guest worship leader Klaus with his team, Pure Worship.  Born in Germany, Klaus and his family emigrated to the United States when he was a year old. By the time he was ten, the family had moved to Canada and Klaus was actively pursuing Classical studies in piano.

His musical tastes and style was shaped by the music and passion of Keith Green and other contemporary artists. Klaus encountered God in a significant way at the age of 12. Through the influence of Godly parents, Klaus, his older brother, and two younger twin sisters, were raised in an environment that put God first.

After graduating high school in Canada, Klaus attended Christ For The Nations in Dallas, Texas. It was during that time that worship became the passion of his life.  After graduating CFNI, Klaus married Julie and they presently reside with their three children (Candace, Aaron, and Olivia ) in McKinney, TX.

He has been actively involved in leading worship both domestically and internationally since graduating CFNI. From 2003-2005 he returned to CFNI as the worship leader bringing the students into the presence every morning. During that time, he recorded and produced both the “Glorious” and “Overtaken” CD’s.  Recently Klaus has partnered with Integrity Music to release a new recording “Glory”. He is the Director of Pure Worship Ministries and travels extensively releasing worship into the earth.

Along with all of these incredible guests, Dave Powers & Andrew Connor will also be leading us in worship!  It’s going to be a fun couple of months.  When is it not exciting around here?  :)

Please let us know if you have any questions about the upcoming guests.

Blessings,

Kaitlyn Scott
