Pastor Bob and Tammie met in Ft. Collins while both were attending CSU. Through a close friend's conversion to Jesus, God got their attention. They immediately became involved in a local church. After serving in various pastoral positions, they began attending Rez. Bob was hired as a custodian, but he and Tammie also continued as part-time Children's Pastors at Ft. Collins Church On The Rock.

Five years later, they were asked to be Rez's full time Jr. High youth pastors. "When God puts a call on your life, stay content and patient. God will bring you to that place only when you are ready." Pastor Bob and Tammie have four children, Dustin, Fletcher, Parker, and Tess.
